Dr. Kurzman earned his medical degree from New York Medical College in 1980 after completing his undergraduate education at Yeshiva University. His post-graduate training included an internal medicine internship and residency at Maimonides Medical Center and a dermatology residency at New York Medical College.
A diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners, Dr. Kurzman is board-certified by both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Dermatology. In addition, he is also a fellow of The American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Kurzman was a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Dermatology at New York Medical College and is the Co-Director of the Division of Dermatolgy at Staten Island University Hospital.
